As part of my minor I had to redesign a website. I chose the Aarsman collectie because in my opinion the current website (link) was a bit dull. On the current website the text is on the left and the picture on the right and the only interaction you can have is zooming in and out. My view on Aarsman is that he is a photo detective. He really analyzes the image and describes what he sees and thinks of the picture. That gave me the inspiration for my redesign. My main focus is the picture and you can dissect the picture on your own and be the detective yourself, by focusing on certain points of the image you can discover the story behind it.
